  • Bethel News In May, Bethel is raising funds for the ELCA's World Hunger Relief to help those who do not have enough to eat, especially our neighbors in South Sudan, where tens of thousands are on the brink of starvation.  $200 will feed one family for a month.  Bethel is challenged to see how many families we can feed.  If you would like to donate to our cause, please contact our office.Synod Assembly is scheduled for June 8-10 in Rochester, NY.  If you would like to join Pastor Alan as a Bethel delegate, please you may call Pastor or Lawana.  Bethel is allowed to send two delegates.Happy Mother's Day to all of our mothers who nurture all ...

  • Bethel News As we look toward summer, Bethel's worship time with remain at 10:00am throughout the summer.  We hope you will join us in a little more relaxed atmosphere.  If you are a musician and would like to provide Special Music, we would love to hear from you.  It's a time to display the gift of music God has given you.

  • Preschool Registration Parents are able to enroll their child(ren) in Bethel's Preschool at any time during the year.  Bethel is very proud of this long-standing educational program offered to our community.  If you have any questions about our program, please call the church office at 661-9050.

  • Vacation Bible School (VBS) Vacation Bible School for our Jamestown ares churches is scheduled for July 31-August 4 and will be held at Tree of Life Evangelical Lutheran Church.  VBS is wonderful experience for children as well as everyone who is involved.  Volunteers and donations of materials is greatly needed to provide this wonderful experience for God's children.  If you are able to help, please contact Cecile or the church office.

  • Betheletter  Bethel's Newsletter is available to you in one of four ways.  A copy can be mailed to you by request - just give the office a call.  You can pick up a copy from the back of the church at any time during the month.  Or you can have a copy emailed to you.  If you are not already on the email list and wish to receive the newsletter electronically please contact the office.  Last but not least, current and past copies of the newsletter can also be downloaded from this website.Thanks for your interest in the Betheletter and for your support of electronic copies to reduce costs.
